What is the return policy? Custom-made orders are non-refundable. Because these pieces are created specifically for the customer, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. All sales are considered final once production begins. Jewelry purchased based on an item viewed online - where customizing is not requested by the consumer, is eligible for return, IF jewelry is not engraved or altered.
